Property Description

This unit is on the 10th floor. So you get a spectacular breath-taking ocean view from the kitchen, living room, the master bedroom and the balcony. Master Bedroom has King size bed, Second Bedroom has Queen size bed and Living Room couch is also a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. Another queen-size air mattress with an electric pump. This mattress rises to 22 inches from the floor for convenience. It has a backrest, perfect for watching TV, reading a book, or just relaxation. Maximum occupancy is 10 persons (4 with privacy ) Interior Sq. Ft. - 1,599, Balcony Sq. Ft. – 448, Total Sq. Ft. – 2,047.

This unit is in the rental pool and managed by Las Palomas. If you rent from an owner not in the rental pool you will only be able to check in between 10am-7pm, you will have to get a room key from the owner, you will have to provide an id to check out pool towels, you will have no phone service in the room, you will not have daily maid service, you will not have maintenance service in the condo if needed and many more services provided only to units managed by Las Palomas.

Only rent from an owner in the rental pool, it is not worth a ruined trip.
