Property Description

1535 sq ft fully furnished 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condominium with all the comforts of home. Our condo was set up with you the international traveler in mind, we have adapters should you need them, and have taken the time to include in the apartment the things you need but do not wish to carry around with you ie hair dryer, power adapters etc etc + we live next door so should there be something that is not in the apartment you can just knock on our door to borrow it.

Living Area

We have an open plan living / dining area with floor to ceiling double glazed windows allowing in great views and blocking out any unwanted noise. Fitted out with leather lounge suites a home theatre system with am, fm radio, dvd & cd player, 29 flat screen TV, movies on DVD, + satellite TV. The dining table seats eight and has views of the park + being an open plan living area means you can still watch your favorite show whilst having your meals.

Kitchen Facilities

A full cooks kitchen awaits you should you require one. With electric oven, gas hobs, microwave oven + all the pots, pans, woks etc that you will need to cook up a storm. From the granite counter tops to the solid timber cabinets we have tried to make this a kitchen you would be happy to have at your home, some of the appliances / extras included are, rice cooker, 4 slice toaster, kettle, coffee plunger (on_request), wine & can openers etc etc

Outside

The apartment also has a store room for your luggage + a laundry complete with clothes line, iron and ironing board. The property is set inside the confines of Malaysia's only private gated park thus giving you and your family and truly unique Malaysian Holiday. Our recreation level has wide open lawns, 3 swimming pools, (family, kids & lap pool.) A maze garden for the kids, water garden, meditative garden and a gymnasium + their is even an area for you to do your tai chi in the mornings. To complete the recreational facilities we also have squash, tennis & basketball courts.
