Property Description

These wonderful property boasts a newly built Hacienda in the beautiful pueblo of San Pancho. There are five bungalows surrounding a beautiful courtyard and pool. Entering through the front door you hear the serene sounds of the weeping wall which welcomes you back to the private courtyard, where you are taken back to the Hacienda times of old Mexico.

Living Area

Each bungalow has an open air kitchen with blinds for privacy. The bedrooms are located adjoining the kitchen and are all equipped with a nice size bathroom and large bedroom with Air Conditioning. Each Room also has a ceiling fan for complete enjoyment.

Kitchen Facilities

A spacious dining area that can seat 24 guests comfortably, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, and an outdoor sitting area with wet bar and refrigerator.

Outside

The bungalows grounds are private with keyed entry. Each of the five units are fully equipped with all the amenities that you will need to enjoy your Mexican Vacation including DSL. These Charming Bungalows are located in the heart of San Pancho, 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. Just 45 min from the Puerto Vallarta international air port. The bungalows would be the ideal setting for family gatherings, private parities, or small weddings.
