Located just at the beach in Candolim, North Goa, the two-storeyed beach home has beach resort facilities, like swimming pool and gym, and is loaded with numerous amenities to make your holidays comfortable and hassle free.

Living Area

The house is a two floor structure, built in a split-level design: The ground floor includes a sitting, dining area, lounge area, the guest bathroom, a well designed kitchen and an utility area in the back. The sitting and dining area is attractively furnished with comfortable sofas, rugs, lamp shades, bookcase, satellite television with VCD/ACD and other accessories. A wooden dining table, topped with bevelled glass, seats six. The upper floor has three air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. All bathrooms have hot water geysers and are fitted with both wall and ceiling tiles. Two bedrooms have bathtubs. The bedrooms are cozy and furnished with satellite television, a double bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows, lampshades, paintings, wardrobe, telephone for local calls and a writing desk with mirror. One bedroom opens out on to a small terrace and one has a balcony that overlooks the garden. The third bedroom overlooks the wooded area in the back. Although the locality is peaceful and crime free, the house is secured with iron grills and strong teak doors. A bolted down safety vault safeguards your passport, important documents and cash. A walk-in loft can store your empty bags so they don't clutter your rooms. The linen closet has ample linen, sheets, towels, etc. Pick up those special beach towels provided and walk to the beach or check the swimming pool at the resort. An eight hour maid service and a gardener endeavor to provide the guests with a chore-free holiday; looking after garbage disposal, house-keeping, change of linen, laundering of guests' clothes, cleaning of dishes, etc. Back-up electricity and fresh water is available all day. Check the fridge out for some complimentary foodstuff and drinks, and avoid the hassle of running around for stuff when you arrive. Additionally, items like tea, coffee, sugar, salt are stocked for your use. Once you recover from the jet lag, take a leisurely stroll down the road to find super markets, wine stores, restaurants, small shops, phone booths, cyber cafes just walking distances away. Use the free house phone to call on the many Restaurants that provide home delivery. If you want to let your hair down and hit the night spots, the neighbouring villages of Calangute and Baga will not disappoint. For your safety and comfort, smoking is only permitted in the lounging area.

Kitchen Facilities

The kitchen has beautiful red granite counters and is tiled all over. It is equipped with two refrigerators, cooking hob, gas, and microwave. Also included are other conveniences such as a mixer, blender, water purifier, juicer, toaster, sandwich toaster, percolator, rice cooker and an oven-toaster-griller. Open the wooden cabinets and you'll find a complete supply of dishes, storage containers, casserole and microwave dishes, cutlery, glasses of all types, and cooking utensils.

Outside

An outside shower for when you get back from the beach. A utility area. Lawn and Garden area. The lounging area, just outside the sitting room,is a cool place to stretch and relax after a sun soaked day at the beach.
