BIJOU is a spacious two-bedroomed property providing superbly equipped accommodation for up to 4 people. Perfectly situated in the pretty village of Ludgvan, down a quiet country lane (just off A30). Taking advantage of distant rural views, yet only 1.5 miles from the south coast, the open-plan property has been tastefully designed and furnished to provide light, airy and welcoming accommodation to a high standard. Vaulted ceilings are a feature and the numerous lighting options add to the ambience during the events. A small gravelled, but very pretty south-facing garden, is also an enjoyable feature with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. Stunning beaches, lovely walks and many tourist attractions are all within easy reach. Golf, fishing, surfing, bird-watching, cycling and horse-riding can all be enjoyed nearby. St. Michael's Mount is 1.5 miles away, Penzance 3 miles and the pretty town of St. Ives only 6 miles away. The owners reside in an adjacent bungalow and are there to welcome you on arrival. There are two lovely village pubs and a post office/spar shop within 5 minutes walk. A regular bus service also operates from the bottom of the lane.
