Property Description
We receive you in our RYAD DAR KAOTAR, guest house entirely renovated in the Moroccan tradition, located in the MARRAKECH MEDINA at 100 meters of the Bab Aylen door and at 15 minutes with foot of JEMAA EL FNA square, Near of the three Golfs (15 minutes with small taxi). Cordial environment, charms and comfort to discover MARRAKECH differently.
Living Area
Around a PATIO with the traditional central fountain,thee riad is composed of: FOUR BEDROOMS (Three double bedrooms with one bed and One bedroom with ONE double bed and One single bed). The bedrooms are with air-conditioned (hot-cold) with private bathroom, private WC and dressingroom . Two bedrooms are on foot plan and two bedrooms on the first floor on the gallery, all open on the PATIO.
A Living and dinningroom air-conditioned on the first floor, with TV satellite and chimney and FREE WI-FI.
A TERRACE on three levels from where we can dominate the MEDINA with sight on the KOUTOUBIA and the snow-covered ATLAS Mountain.
Kitchen Facilities
Possibility of half-board or complete pension on request with a Moroccan typical menu . The price of the meal by anybody is 14 euros.
Outside
FREE for children less than 10 years old in the mother bedroom.
The breakfast INCLUDED.
For a booking between 3 and 6 nights the transfer towards the riad on arrival is INCLUDED
For a booking of 7 nights or more the transfers towards the riad on arrival and departure are INCLUDED

Other Information
The bedrooms are available for one night, the weekend, the week, fortnight or more. The price of the beddroom varies according to the period from 70 to 90 euros including all taxes the night,from 190 to 255 euros the weekend of three nights or 420 euros to 570 euros the week (7 nights) for TWO PEOPLE. The ryad can also be rented on EXCLUSIVENESS for 8 people for one night (250 euros to 330 euros),the weekend (738 to 990 euros) or the week (7 nights:1.680 euros to 2.280 euros). (Possibility of additional single bed in 2 of the bedrooms with supplement charge of 30 per night)
