Avila Beach Apartments & Vacation Rentals

We have 3 units and they are fully furnished including towels and linens. Gas grill as well as table and chairs are located out on the deck which has a great ocean view. This 2 story townhouse-style unit has a 3-sided fireplace in the living room as well a 2 car garage for your vehicle. Each unit has cable TV for the TV upstairs as well as for the TV located in one of the bedrooms downstairs. The TV upstairs also has a DVD player. The units have wireless Internet also. A coin-operated laundry is available for tenants only. Minimum 2 night stay in the off season and 3 nights during peak season is required and a maximum of 6 people. Call or email for availability.
