Property Description

The Olive Grove’ apartment is contained within the beautiful Saneil complex of 15 apartments, which have been built to a very high standard in 2004/5. It has been furnished to an equally high standard to create a feeling of space and light. It is set on a peaceful hillside surrounded by olive groves and offers spectacular views from the balcony, master bedroom, and lounge of Kalamar and Kalkan bays. The apartments are set in landscaped gardens and have the benefit of a stunning 25m freshwater pool. Loungers and umbrellas are provided for guests at the pool side.

Living Area

The lounge is spacious and contains a sofa and matching chair, with 2 side tables and a book rack. A CD player/radio is installed. Access to the balcony is directly from the lounge. The balcony overlooks the pool and has sea views giving superb uninterrupted views over the two bays. Antique ceramic floor tiles keep the apartment cool in summer. Mosquito sreens are fitted to most opening windows.

Kitchen Facilities

The breakfast kitchen includes a wrought iron table and four chairs and also includes: cooker/oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, 4 burner hob. All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are included.

Outside

With only 15 apartments on the complex, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the freshwater swimming pool, which has a children’s area at one end. Umbrellas and loungers are provided for each apartment.

Suitability

The villa, and resort, is intended for family-based vacations. Groups with the potential to disturb other guests are not welcome.

Local Activities

Guests may use the nearby facilities of the Asfiya hotel with large pool, rooftop restaurant, Turkish bath, gym and sauna and the Yali beach club. Transfer to the beach club is complimentary.

There are six beach clubs in Kalkan three of which are reached by a free boat service leaving the harbour at regular intervals.

Other Information

The apartment is situated midway between Kalkan town and Kalamar Bay, along Kalamar Road. It is contained within the Saneil complex of 15 privately owned luxury apartments.

A 10 minute walk takes you into Kalkan town, or for the less active, a taxi can be ordered.

Mr. G. Buist Ealing June 2007. Yes it was extremely hot for the first part of the week. However the apartment was lovely and Kalkan is a beautiful town and we certainly took advantage of the nice restaurants that it had to offer. I will certainly look for ward to coming back.

reliable. Kalkan is indeed a lovely town. I have already decided to re-visit with my husband, but maybe not in August! We took in numerous sights and a boat trip as well as days out on Patara beach. All in all, a perfect holiday. Thank you so much.
