Property Description

Glorya Duplex Apartments is in a complex just 75m from the beach and 20 minutes walk from Yalikavak town centre. The complex boasts a magnificent adult's pool and a children's pool with sun loungers, landscaped gardens and panoramic views of the beach, the town of Yalikavak, and the Aegean Sea.



The complex was built by preserving the traditional architecture and using the best quality materials and integrates aesthetics and comfort in their design so as to give you an ideal place for a sun holiday.



The complex is suitable for children of all ages but unsuitable for people with restricted mobility. There are no pets allowed. The duplex apartment has spacious lounges, terraces and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and the patio is furnished with a table and 4 chairs.



Twenty car parking spaces are provided for the complex and the nearest supermarket is only 200 metres, Aquapark 20 minutes, Town centre 2 km, Bodrum Town 20 minutes, Yalikavak Marina 15 minutes, shore fishing 5 minutes walk.

Area Description

Yalikavak is on the south west coast of Turkey on the northern side of the Bodrum Peninsula where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet, it sits overlooking a large curving bay backed by wooded hills and a pretty fishing village that has not lost its tranquil atmosphere.



The main beach is just outside Yalikavak to the north and appears to stretch for miles, the water is clean and clear and most of the main bays have Blue Flag status. The village is neat and very tidy and has a good selection of local shops and facilities. Yalikavak impresses with its combination of alluring charm and sense of contemporary style.



Local Amenities: Tesco supermarket is only Fifteen minutes drive away. Yalikavak has some of the best fish restaurants on the peninsula along with local supermarkets. Shop at the local leather or lace shops for great bargains.



Local Activities: Tennis, Golf, Water sports, Horse riding, Fishing trips, Beach, Waterpark, Fishing, Walking trails and Cycling.



Places to Visit: Local bazaar every Thursday, Dedeman Aquapark and Bodrum Castle.



Directions to the property: from Bodrum Milas Airport on exiting the airport turn right drive towards Bodrum for 20 kms turn right at the sign for Yalikavak and it is approx 17 kms to the apartments.


Flights: Cheap flights are available from the UK, Ireland and Europe, flight time from UK is approx 3.5 hrs and most carriers fly directly to Bodrum Milas Airport from all the major UK and Irish airports. For people renting our properties we can arrange their transfer to and from Milas Airport also car hire if required.

Car Hire: A car is available from Hertz, Avis and Evrim Rent a Car. A car not necessary as the nearest amenities are only 500 metres.
