Property Description

Marina View Apartment has stunning views of Fethiye bay, Karagozler Marina and the surrounding pine clad mountains. Just a two minute walk to the sea front and only a 10/15 minute walk to the Fehtiye Marina and Palm Island the main resort centre with its excellent shopping, fabulous restaurants and bars.

Marina View is a large 3 bedroom duplex apartment that can sleep up to 8, with a lovely swimming pool and sun terrace, directly available from the apartment via a child safety gate.

All the bedrooms are en-suite with either shower and wc whilst the master bedroom also offers a jacuzzi bath.

The swimming pool area consists of a large sunny patio area featuring lovely views, with a plunge pool in the centre and comes with plenty of room for sun bathing.

The apartment has direct access to the pool via its own child safety gate and steps or via the side entrance of the property.

The pool is fully maintained by a professional pool company ensuring a pristine pool and water quality. The depth of the pool is approximately 1400mm or 4'6" deep.

The swimming pool is illuminated at night. Don't miss the beautiful evening sunsets for which the area is famous for, off the lounge or master bed terrace.

Marina View Apartment features a large through lounge and dining area with marble floor and fabulous views across Karagozler Bay, where boats and yachts moor at anchor.

There is a large 3 seat sofa, which also turns into a comfortable double bed, a further 2 seat sofa, large colour TV with cable channels, DVD player with music facility and internet.

The lounge contains a small selection of books, DVD films, music CD?s and playing cards. There is a dining table and chairs and occasional tables. The lounge is fully air conditioned with remote control.

There is a large terrace balcony overlooking the pool.

The lounge terrace is the ?alfresco? dining room, with table, sunshade and chairs. There is a large gas barbecue for clients to use!
All we ask is that you clean the barbecue after using it.


The well equipped kitchen is light and provides all the amenities you would expect.

This includes a large fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 burner gas hob and plenty of cupboards containing traditional crockery for the dining area and a range of quality plastic crockery for the terrace patio.


The large master en-suite bedroom is truly stunning with beautiful bay views to wake up to.

Area Description

Fethiye is a magical place, a holiday resort and regional town with a colourful waterfront, marina and harbour. The old town where you will find pedistrianised streets that are a maze of bars, restaurants and shops. Local lace,leather and jewellery are very good buys, whilst the traditional fish market and weekly street market are popular with tourists and locals alike.

Karagosler is a pretty little water front resort suberb of Fethiye.

There are a few nice hotels, bars, restaurants and shops.

There are a range of holiday activities in and around the Karagozler Fethiye region. From tandem paragliding off the top of mount Babadag or "Father Mountain" a 6,500ft climb from which you take off and land at the beach at Olu Deniz. There are fishing trips, cycling and boats trips from Fethiye's main marina and harbour and also from Karagozler in the main season.
