Property Description

The Royal Marina Apartments this is a brand new apartment, it will be finished with quality furnishings in the last week of May ready for bookings in June. Photos are of the basic apartment and complex as of mid March 07.The complex is in a great location close to Altinkum's only 2 five star hotels. It is a short walk to all local amenities including beach, shops, restaurants and Dolphin Square. The complex is totally self-contained with everything you need for your holiday including 2 large and 2 children's pools, cafe/bar and restaurant facilities, play area, sun bathing terraces, central Sky satellite systems, on-site shop, 24 hour reception with site manager.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Air conditioned.
Bathrooms: Shower cubicle with wash hand basin and wc.
Kitchen: Hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Open plan to lounge.
Utility Room: Cleaning, laundry and ironing services are available.
Living Rooms: Open plan with patio doors to large balcony. Double sofabed suite and TV.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided (all you will need are your own beach towels). The property will be cleaned weekly.

Both lounge and bedroom have full air conditioning. Ideal for families with babies/young children - gate from balcony takes you to the grassed area and then to pools.

Accessibility
This property is well-suited for guests with mobility problems as it is ground floor.

Large balcony with views overlooking the 2 semi-Olympic and 2 children's pools.
There is a children's entertainment area with pool table, Play stations, table tennis, TV and DVD room.

Booking notes
A deposit of 50% will be required on confirmation of booking and the balance will be due 6 weeks before departure.
