The people are warm and friendly, the culture is rich and the food is delicious and very good value for money. There is fantastic shopping and many beautiful temples, a lively nightlife scene and of course we cannot ignore the colourful ladyboy shows in Patong. There are also many great activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling and water sports. Everyday there is a local market to shop for your tastefull local Thai food. For those prefering Western food, just check out the restaurants at the beach or the very good ?Rockfish? restaurant for your very special menus and cocktails in the evening.
