It caters for all tastes and budgets. 10 mins drive from the exclusive bustling marina town of Puerto Banus with it's designer shops and numerous restaurants. 5 mins to Estepona which boasts a 2 mile sandy beach.

This is also the Costa del Golf so there are at least 30 superb golf courses between Sotogrande and Malaga. Malaga airport only 40 mins drive away via quiet toll road this is also an ideal location for a mini-break!

This is a ground floor apartment and so is suitable for people with mobility difficulties (no stairs). The private garden with large oval garden table seating 8 people. It has 4 sun loungers and barbeque with rottiserie, on terrace looking over the garden, pool and El Paraiso valley and golf course.

Local beach a 5 minute drive, Crusoes beach and the Laguna Beach club approx 5 mins by car has new beach club (entrance fee payable) plus traditional 'chiringuito' (beach bar and restaurant) with live music on Wednesday and Saturday evenings. Excellent beaches in Estepona and in San Pedro and Puerto Banus.

Balcon de Benavista is situated 2 minutes from well-known El Paraiso hotel and 5 minute walk to El Paraiso golf house and golf course. Also with over 40 championship golf courses within an hour of the accommodation you can play a different course everyday. Closer to home are Estepona, Atalaya and Los Arqueros Golf courses to name a few. Estepona Golf, 1km. Finca Cortesin, 1.5km. Duquesa Golf, 3km.

Winter Skiing near Granada is approximately a two hours drive by motorway and can easily be a day trip. All ski essentials can be hired on arrival at the resort or pre-booked on the internet.
