This stunning duplex penthouse is has over 250m2 of floor space over 2 levels making it double the size of even normal, spacious 3 bedroom apartments. This makes it ideal for larger groups such as groups of golfers, or 2 families with small children or just for those who like to enjoy a bit of space

We have a twin room on the lower level, upstairs we have a large master bedroom with ensuite and terrace. We have another twin room with 2 singles....and we have a room with 2 sets of bunk beds that sleeps 4...ideal for young kids.

The views from the property are spectacular and look over the entire Los Arqueros golf valley to the coast the distance. There is a large communal swimming pool in the complex with plenty of sun beds in summer.

The apartment is complete with air-conditioning,large fully equipped kitchen, SKY TV, Hi-fi and underground parking.

The clubhouse is only 5 mins down the hill and there you can dine in the restaurant, use the gym, play tennis or book the football pitch.

Puerto Banus is only 10mins away and there are plenty of local taxis available. Marbella center is also only 10 mins away as there is a direct link to the toll road just outside the urbanization.

There are local english speaking private taxis available and we can also arrange people carrier and minibus hire for very reasonable rates.

Just recently they have added a bridge over the Benahvis river meaning direct connection to the Benahavis road where you can dine in this fantastic little gastronomic town full of excellent restaurants and tapas bars, and surrounded by amazing Andalucian scenery.

We get larger groups coming back time and time again as this apartment offers the space and comfort for groups of 8 or 10 people without having to spend thousands on a villa.

Area Description

Los Arqueros is a beautiful 18 hole golf and country club situated just 5 mins from San Pedro and 10 mins from Marbella or Puerto banus.

There are great facilities for visiting families and the clubhouse does great food all day and often shows international sporting events in the evening such as Golf opens, Tennis, Grand Prix and International Football.

The Los Arqueros clubhouse is only a short walk down the hill from Los Olivos. From the clubhouse you can book a round of golf, golf lessons with the course Pro, use the driving range, tennis courts , gymnasium or the football pitch.

Just 10 minutes away in San Pedro the kids can go to the ever popular cable-ski....here they can safely water ski around an artificial lake and then get a snack in the restaurant.

.There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby including the "Prado Halcones" just a few mins away in Monte Halcones. San Pedro has loads of great fish restaurants as well as Chinese, Indian, Thai and Italian.If you are in larger groups or would prefer an English speaking driver, we can arrange for an English speaking private hire company to be on hand with people carriers or mini-buses.
