All rooms are air conditioned and all bedrooms have 'Juliette' style balconies with shutters,fitted wardrobes bedside cabinets& reading lamps. Area Description

Lovely beaches of the Costa tropical Granada are found in Motríl or Salobreña,both approx 10 min drive,with water-sports facilities and wide choice of restaurants and eateries. There is also a water park in nearby Almunecar 30 Min's by car.
The town is Motril approx 10 Min's by car,offers all amenities expected from a large town with excellent dining and nightlife. The Los Moriscos golf club can also be found here the clubhouse has a beach front setting with an excellent restaurant.
The historic city of Granada and the Alhambra palace can be reached by car in 30 Min's,a good bus service is also available.

Located in the village of Vélez de Benaudalla in the foothills of the Alpuharras Mountains,this 3 bed Andalusian apartment is only 15 minutes drive to the beaches of the Costa tropical & Motríl golf course,but only 45 minutes drive to the Sierra Nevada's Ski Resort. Add to this the stunning scenery,with walking,horse riding,mountain biking and climbing all on offer. Water sports enthusiasts will enjoy the facilities soon to be available on the nearby reservoir created by the newly constructed Rules Dam as well as scuba diving and kite surfing on the nearby beaches of the Costa tropical.

Golf
The nearest golf club, Los Moriscos, is just 10 min drive away in the town of Motril. The clubhouse has a beach front setting with an excellent restaurant.

Skiing
Sierra de Nevada has an excellent ski resort approx 45 min drive suitable for all levels. Open December-April.
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is located at Pradollano in the Sierra Nevada mountains. This is the most southerly ski resort in Europe,the facilities are considered top rate and it has,therefore,hosted numerous national and international ski events. The Sierra Nevada ski resort has numerous runs of varying difficulties to satisfy all levels of skier. Natural snow is supplemented by snow cannons on some runs,and many skiers are pleasantly surprised to find that, because of its southerly position, the air temperature is usually warmer than other resorts.
Depending on the snow levels,the season generally runs from the end of November or the beginning of December until sometime in April.
