Property Description

We have a large range of accommodation in the village of Ferrer to suit all party sizes, from one person up to eight sharing.

All the houses are built in the traditional Alpujarran style from local materials, with thick insulated walls which keep them warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They have all been tastefully furnished by their owners and so are all different. Fans are provided for the summer months, and large gas heaters for the winter. Some houses also have fireplaces, and wood is available locally.

The Ranch Studio offers exceptional value accommodation for 1 or 2 people. Fully equipped with its own small private terrace, and shared swimming pool and hot tub.

All houses come fully equipped with all you should need for your stay, including bed linen and indoor towels. Please supply your own pool/beach towels and hairdryer if required.

Houses are ready from 2pm on your day of arrival, and have to be vacated by 10am on your departure day.

A basic welcome pack will be provided by us with a few essential ingredients, but there are many local supermarkets, though in Spain they are closed on Sundays, so if you are planning to arrive late on a Saturday, shop before you get here.

There is good mobile phone cover in the village, so if you need internet access whilst you are on holiday, bring your laptop and dongle. Otherwise there are a couple of internet cafes in Castell, just 7km away on the coast.

Breakfast with the goats, dinner with the crickets. A proper holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet only ten minutes from the nearby beautiful (and mostly empty) beaches of the Costa Tropical, just an hour from the fabulous historical city of Granada, and less than an hour and a half from the three newly rebuilt international airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria, all with new, fast motorway access.
