FANTASTIC 2-BED APARTMENT ON RODA GOLF RESORT
Luxury apartment on the 5* Roda Resort just 2 km from the beaches of the Mar Menor at Los Alcazares is superbly situated for family holidays as well as golfing breaks.
As well as all the fantastic on-site golf, tennis and swimming facilities there is a private beach club on La Manga where you can be active and swim in the pool or the sea, go sailing or just relax and make use of the luxury spa facilities.
There is real luxury in this apartment. Granite worktops, marble floors and marble tiled bathrooms make it special.
LIVING AREA
The stylishly furnished apartment has full air conditioning, full central heating and electric security grills. In the lounge there are two comfy sofas to relax in to enjoy the 32 flat screen TV with satellite system. There is a DVD player and large selection of DVDs for your use. There is also a hi-fi with over 50 CDs to listen to.
Dine indoors at our antique pine table or outdoors on the balcony - which you can do ALL year as it's covered!

The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the private balcony overlooking the pool:
Bedroom 2 has twin beds - with plenty of storage space.
We can accommodate a 5th person on a z-bed (for a small supplement). Please note that this is only suitable for a child or small adult.
As well as the ensuite there is superb separate shower room.
Both bathrooms being fully tiled in marble.
The apartment has secure underground garage with easy wheelchair access straight to the apartment in the lift.
ITS OUR HOLIDAY HOME TOO so weve added lots of things that you wouldnt normally expect to find in a holiday let. We have even put in safety equipment including First Aid kit, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Blanket, Smoke detector, Carbon Monoxide Detector.
KITCHEN AREA
Superb modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
If you want to eat in there are stainless steel pans and utensils plus all you could possible require to serve everything from pizza to gourmet suppers. We even supply the pinnies !
Plus there's a dishwasher to make life easy after slaving over the hot stove.
Also has washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron.
OUTSIDE
The Apartment is on the middle floor of a three storey building.
The lounge leads onto a fantastic HUGE, south facing terrace, where you can relax in the sun or shade all day.
A large teak table means you can dine al fresco and it is the ideal place at the end of the day to put your feet up, maybe read a good book, have a glass of wine (or two) and generally relax as the sun goes down
The large balcony overlooks the swimming pool and is ideal for private sunbathing on our sunlounger. There are additional pool chairs to use round the pool which is just a few metres away.
The clubhouse is a 10 minute stroll where you can dine a la carte or sample the bar menu - all discounted if you stay in our apartment.
Do I need a car?
San Javier Airport is only a short, 10 minute taxi drive so a car isnt essential BUT ... it is advised.
Los Alcazares centre is a 25 minute walk

Stays of less than 1 week are subject to supplement.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates.
The balance is due 8 weeks before travel.
If travel is within 10 weeks of booking the full amount must be paid.
SECURITY BOND:
£150 security bond required on booking.
Refunded within 15 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely received by us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.
PAYMENT:
Our primary method of payment is by Bank Transfer.
For convenience, payment can be made by Credit/Debit card using PayPal (subject to fee)
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
The property is available for occupation from 16:00 and should be vacated by 11:00 (local time) on the day of departure, although we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals and departures where possible.

Local Activities
Costa Calida and the Mar Menor
Roda is not just for the golfer .....
Just 2 km from the unique natural setting of warm, shallow waters of The Mar Menor, the largest natural seawater lagoon in Europe.
The setting of the Costa Calida and Mar Menor is truly incredible, with more than 253 Km of Mediterranean beach, around 320 days of sunshine per year enjoying annual average temperatures of around 21ºc and ideal for a relaxing holiday year round.
Its an enclosed lagoon with no dangerous currents making the water safe for children of any age. The beaches are great - clean and sandy and many have the prestigious Blue Flag award with lifeguards in the Summer.
There are so many miles of beach that you can always find a quiet spot, even in August.
It is also one of the most important spots in the world for sports lovers, water sports abound including swimming, sailing, scuba diving and water skiing, as well as activities such as tennis, trekking or golf.
Local Resorts
LOS ALCAZARES
The nearest town of Los Alcázares, set on the Mar Menor, is 2 km away with a range of shops, bars & restaurants. With its promenade streching for 8km, the local blue-flag beaches are fantastic having won the Q awards for excellence & safety. The waters of the Mar Menor are also renouned for their healing properties - and the temperature of the water can be amazing. The beaches are dotted with chiringuitos - bars selling a variety of Tapas dishes, refreshments & local beer!
LOS NAREJOS
The nearest beach at Los Narejos is just 2 km from the resort. Gently shelving and really safe for kids. Apart from the height of Summer, the beach is usually quiet and is my personal favourite. The beach bars serve reasonably priced tapas, snacks and burgers. Start from here to walk the promenade all the way to the Yacht Club at the other end of Los Alcazares.
SANTIAGO DE LA RIBERA
The fishing village of Santiago de la Ribera is just 10 minutes drive away. It grew as a prime holiday destination for wealthy Murcians who built their houses along the coast. Santiago has a lovely promenade flanked by attractive palm trees. Today Santiago is still popular with the Spanish for their vacations but also attracts tourists from all over Europe and although it has a modern air, it has still maintained its ‘fishing village’ atmosphere. It has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Santiago de la Ribera boasts a popular water-sports centre and sailing club so with its superb safe beaches, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, a sports centre, and scuba diving ..... Its a great place to visit .....
LO PAGAN
Lo Pagan, near San Pedro del Pinatar, is a 20 minute drive and a visit is a must to take in the famous mud baths which has been renowned from early times for its healing powers. Get dirty ... by applying the mud all over the body and then dry out in the sun before washing off in the salt waters. The kids will love it!
