Our groundfloor apartment, (Apt 61) which is popular with young families, has a well laid out, if small, garden featuring typical flora of the area.
Our Topfloor apartment (Apt 63) features a fully furnished rooftop solarium for those seeking to sunbathe in private, or just quite relaxation.
The Pineada Golf Apartments boasts a magnificent private pool and garden area for your use.This pool is one of the largest and finest in the Villamartin area and is for the exclusive use of apartment residents.

Just around the corner from Pineda Golf is Villamartin Plaza, Your local source of 24 hour entertainment.

With over 20 restaurants, with cuisine from around the world, and numerous bars it really leaves you spoilt for choice when it comes to having a good night out. Early evening or late night there is something to suit everyone from the very young, to the very old and all ages in between.

Nearby Beaches and Outdoor Activities

The coastline from Torrevieja to San Pedro del Pinatar is dotted with coves which contain some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca, including the magnificent blue flag beaches of Punta Prima, La Zenia, Capo Roig, Mil Palmeras, Campoamor and Torre de la Horedada to name but a few.
If your not driving why not avail of the local bus which passes near the apartment hourly and gives you access to the Blue Flag beaches of Capo Roig and La Zenia and shops
