Property Description

Luxurious, newly built and modernly designed apartments, located only a few metres away from the beach, shops and restaurants, in the town of Moraira.
The different types of apartments we offer are:

?LARGE APARTMENT (Sleeps 6): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining room, kitchen and furnished balcony. Both bedrooms have two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room.

?MEDIUM APARTMENT (Sleeps 4/6): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining room, kitchen and furnished balcony. The master bedroom has two single beds, bunk beds in the second bedroom and some apartments have a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping upto 6 people. Please ask us for availability of medium apartments with a sofa bed.

?PENTHOUSE (Sleeps 6) : These are located on the top floor, and have a larger balcony then other apartments. As well as this they have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining room and kitchen. There are 2 single beds in the master bedroom, a bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the living room.

As well as this ALL apartments include:

?Balconies with great views either of the pool or the town centre, and are furnished with a table, 4 chairs and some have sunloungers depending on availability.
?Kitchens containing all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery you will need.
?Bed linen and towels
?Air conditioning and central heating in every room
?TV
?All of it's electronic products are of 1st quality.
?Cots and high chairs can be provided if needed, just ask!

The prices are for the medium apartment.
In the low and mid season the minimum stay is 2 nights.
At Easter and other holidays the minimum stay is 3 nights.
During the high season the minimum stay is 7 nights and the arrival and departure are only at saturdays.

Area Description

Moraira is a quiet town in Costa Blanca, located in an old fishing enclave and loading port for raisins produced in Teulada. It´s charm lies in having grown without losing its special character of a traditional fishing port. Proof of this can be seen in the fish auction which takes place from Tuesday to Sunday.

With 8km of coastline, visistors have the possibility of swimming at fine sand beaches, or in tranquil coves, all of which are of a high quality, certified by the "Blue Flag" scheme of the European Community.
Taking a trip along the coast we find La Cala, a small rocky beach, with cristal-clear waters. The beach is uncrowded due to difficult access (by boat or walking along the canyon).
Travelling by boat, you can sail around the cape (Cap d'Or) until you reach Portet Beach, a small shell-shaped inlet of cristaline waters which provide a truly beautiful backdrop for a relaxing swim.

The Telaudine countryside offers beautiful views, it is characterised by its hills, terraced vineyards and its green pines which are scattered over the entire town. Moraira proudly conserves its historical and cultural heritage, language, traditions, folklore, celebrations and structure to delight visitors.

Things to do in Moraira:
The coast of Moraira is excellent for getting started with water sports such as sailing or scuba-diving, with a sports club boasting 600 mooring points for sailing enthusiasts. Its yacht club offers a wide range of leisure and relaxation activities, which have become some of the main focuses of local social life. It's a total paradise for sea lovers.

And from the sea to the green, near by in Benissa, you can "give it your best shot" in the Golf Club of Lfach, where you can also play tennis or swim in the pool. There's such a wide range of options within such an easy reach.
