A 3 bedroom apartment in Javea area, Costa Blanca, Spain. Our apartment is ideally situated on the small and tranquil development of Golden Beach in the El Arenal area of Javea. The main sandy beach at El Arenal is less than a 5-minute stroll away as are numerous shops bars and restaurants.

Notes to the rental rates
1. A deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of the rental payment to be made 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.Final payment will be required on all bookings made within the 8 week period. A security deposit of £100 is required with the final payment. This amount will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period.

AREAS OF INTEREST AND TOURIST ATTRACTIONS.
About 30 minutes drive away is Benidorm, with many spectacular attractions including the Aqualandia water theme park, the Mundomar dolphin water park and Terra Mitica - the new theme park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. 20 minutes drive over the Montgo headland brings you to the delightful cosmopolitan town of Denia. Rich in history and culture, its streets are a fascinating showcase of architecture through the ages. Its buildings are a permanent monument to the civilisations that have made their mark here. The focal point is the impressive 16th century castle. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', other nearby towns include Moraira, Calpe, Benissa, Teulada.
