Our duplex apartment boasts 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and includes all the added extras you will need to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The property is air conditioned and furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings comprising living/dining area, kitchen with utility area, 1 double 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms with bidet.

Al Andalus Thalassa is a private gated development and has been built to a high standard. The residential areas are separated by beautiful walkways and fountains with seating for relaxation. There are 2 large communal pools and a separate children’s splash pool surrounded by large landscaped areas with palm trees which provides shaded areas. Al Andalus Thalassa is suitable for summer and winter breaks as it also boasts an indoor spa/gym facilities with heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and hydro-massage showers. The development also has WiFi connection (bring your own laptop), tennis courts and a well equipped children's play area, all in your own back yard!

Living Area

The living/dining room comes complete with traditional Spanish style furniture, flat screen TV with UK channels, DVD player, selection of DVDs/books, 2 settees, coffee table, dining table, air con/heating and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out onto a private patio and small front garden.

Kitchen Facilities

Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven and grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Also comes with numerous cooking utensils and crockery for 6. Leading from the kitchen is a small utility room housing water heater, washing machine, clothes airer and genera storage.

Outside

For those that enjoy outside living, the property has its own small garden to the front and side plus a patio area with bistro table and 4 chairs. There is a large sun terrace with pergola accessed from the first floor equipped with a large table and 6 chairs.

Long term lets considered during low season at discounted rates.

Saturday to Saturday as standard although flexibility with changeover day is generally permitted.

Arrival time 4pm/departure time 10am.

Short breaks available (minimum 3 nights/£150 in mid and low season).

20% non-refundable deposit required when booking/balance payable 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival.

A £100 security deposit is payable with balance/deposit refundable on return to UK assuming full compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Hire. Terms and Conditions of Hire provided at time of booking.

Suitability

The development is wheelchair friendly and suitable for people with disabilities. However, although the property boasts a down-stairs twin bedroom and bathroom, the entrance to the property is access by four small steps and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.

Local Activities

There are two large supermarkets close by, Mercadona and Consum. The Consum sits in a small development housing the Wok Buffet which is very popular and reasonable priced. Behind this building are various restaurants, bars and cafes which are all within a 15 minute walk from the property. Each of the local villages host a colourful and typically Spanish local market on a different day of the week. For children there is the Water Park at Vera open between May and September providing great fun and value for money. Sea enthusiasts can enjoy diving in the rich sea beds of the bays around the Cabo de Gata, water skiing, windsurfing or boat trips on the Mediterranean. For those who prefer mountains the area offers many routes for walking, cycling, horse riding and caves for underground exploration.

Other Information

Towels and linen are provide. For two week bookings, towels and linen will be changed for 2 week bookings. The property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival and at the end of your stay.
