The complex is in a quite location and has excellent services and facilities (4 pools, tennis courts, jacuzzi's, sauna, gymnasium, soft ball courts, private lake access). The marina, with bars, shops and restaurants is only 5 minutes away by car. Cycling, walking and golf are all available close by. The nature reserve of Punta Entinas – Sabinal is located just 5-10 minute drive away and offers wild life of all kinds, including flamingos. The apartment has been designed, built and furnished to a high standard giving a comfortable, light and modern feel. Fully equipped with air-conditioning, Sky TV etc. and is located just 150m away from the main beach, which has a promenade that stretches all the way to the harbour, bars, restaurants and shops of Almerimar.
