Visitors can spend a day exploring the busy city life and then retreat back to Neptune Isle to truly experience why Cape Town has been dubbed 'Slaapstad” (sleepy town). Milnerton is a long stretch of white beach from where the most famous pictures of Table Mountain are usually taken from. This area is a lot less busy than the often chaotic beaches of the Atlantic Seaboard and visitors can enjoy long walks while watching incredible sunsets that illuminate the famous mountain in the distance.
