Property Description

Silver Coast Holiday Apartment

New, well equipped, modern apartment above owner's house, situated in a peaceful, semi-rural area with breathtaking views to the Serra dos Candeeiros hills. The apartment is within easy reach of the historic town of Alcobaca and of the coast. Enjoy the splendid beaches at Sao Martinho do Porto (especially suitable for young children), the traditional seaside ambiance of Nazare and the surfing and golf at Peniche. You can also enjoy walks in the countryside, or visit the nearby historic towns of Alcobaca (5 mins by car), Nazare (20 mins), Batalha (20 mins), the mediaeval town of Obidos (30 mins) and Fatima (40 mins). Alcobaca has all the shopping and health facilities of a modern town, as well as a historic centre with Portugal's largest monastery. Lisbon is just over an hour's drive from the apartment.

If you prefer, you can simply relax in the large back garden, sipping wine on the patio by the private pool, which is available for guests. There is also a barbecue room.

Living Area

Lounge area has armchairs & sofa, and additionally has a sofa-bed for anyone who doen't wish to share the small bedroom. There is also a colour TV & satellite receiver which can be used to watch British channels.

Kitchen Facilities

Electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, sink unit, cupboards, ironing board & iron, kettle, coffee maker, dining table & chairs.

Parking for 2 or 3 cars at front. Large private furnished back garden with pool, patio & barbecue room.
