Property Description

Converted barn situated within the grounds of Quinta da Coverna on the hillside overlooking Vilar de Mouros. Private and peaceful location with no near neighbours other than the main farmhouse and owner. There are large and small patio areas with a table, chairs and parasol. The swimming pool is 7m x 4.50m and is shared with the owners. There are extensive terraced gardens with woodland shaded areas.

The village of Vilar de Mouros has two shops one of them a mini supermarket. There are two bars/cafes and one restaurant situated near the Romanic bridge over the River Coura. The town of Caminha has a multitude of shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, banks and outdoor cafes situated in the old town square around the fountain.
