There are two large terraces, the rear terrace directly overlooks the communal swimming pool and garden, used by 12 apartments only, and beyond to the Golf Course. There is a built-in BBQ and table and chairs for 6 people, 6 sun beds and one recling chair. There is underground secure parking and ample additional parking directly outside the apartment.
