Property DescriptionThe property consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom and shower room. There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, as well as a luxuriously appointed lounge leading onto the balcony which overlooks the pool. The condominium consists of 5 apartments, and is situated in an established area only a 2 minute walk from a park with children’s area, bistro, bars, restaurants, (good low cost food and lively at the weekend), souvenir shop, supermarket (small but well stocked). The beach is a 20 minute walk away, as is the Marina. The apartment has many personal touches as it used on a regular basis by the owners, including resident guard seagulls, Tom, Dick and Harry and the Mask! Living Area Lounge is fitted with large faux suede L shaped sofa bed with 4' 0 sprung mattress bed, as well as a dining table and 6 chairs, side table with lamp, up-lighter and reading lamp, TV unit, TV, and DVD. In the centre of the room is a coffee table. Kitchen Facilities Comprehensively equipped kitchen has electric oven, gas hob, combination grill oven microwave, 4 slice toaster, catering style flat plate sandwich toaster, compression orange juice squeezer, kettle, fridge freezer, plus knife set, and selection of pans. Outside The shared gardens are laid to lawn around the building and pool, there are 2 loungers supplied in the apartment, as well as foam beach mats. The balcony has a shaded drying area, as well as a seating area with 4 chairs, table and umbrella. The pool is approximately 30' long, and is maintained by the condominium owner. The apartment is surrounded by 3 golf courses;- Laguna, Old Course, and Pinhal, all within walking distance or with a 10 minute drive another 3;- Millenium, Vila Sol, and the Golf Academy which includes a driving range.

The waterfront is great for wandering around day or night, when the whole thing is lit up and quite beautiful. A number of boats, including The Condor de Vilamoura, runs excursions along the coast towards Lagos and beyond. Big game fishing is also on the cards. A boat chartered from Vilamoura in 1993 caught the world's largest recorded black marlin - 737kg and 3.65m long! It's displayed on the dockside.
