Property Description

Palm Village is a small condominium in Vilamoura centrally located with easy access the beaches, marina and golf courses. The complex has extensive gardens, a large swimming pool with kids pool and a child's play area near the pool. There is also a more private garden area located at the back of the apartment. The complex is fully secure with keypad access to the complex, each apartment block and each apartment has video entry facilities. The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning throughout & portable heaters for the winter months.

Living Area

The apartment has a large living room/dinging room, fully equipped with TV & DVD. There are 2 comfortable sofas, one which converts to a double sofa bed. The dining area will seat up to 6. Patio doors lead to a large private balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon & evening sun.

Kitchen Facilities

The kitchen is modern with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dish washer and washer dryer.

Outside

The living room and kitchen open out onto a large private terrace with barbecue and seating for 6. There is also a good sized private balcony leading off the master bedroom, where you can enjoy the sun all day. Within the complex there is a very large pool & large children's pool with sunbeds available for your use. There is a children's play area & a lovely shared garden area that can be seen from the balcony. The complex is fully secure with keypad access. There is also underground parking for 2 cars as well as lockable storage cupboards for beach or golf equipment.

20 min walk to the marina, but also a handful of restaurants, a bar, cafe & supermarket within a 5 min walk from the apartment.
