Property DescriptionThis brand new apartment is in the beautiful town of Armação de Pera about 7km west of Albufeira. It is a small resort town that hasn't suffered the over-development so typically found in some more well known resort towns, yet still having all the required amenities close to hand.
Just 320m from the beach, the apartment truly is within walking distance of the beautiful beach of Armacao de Pera, which not only claims to be the Algarve's largest beach but also remains relatively uncrowded even in the height of summer.
The Apartment sleeps up to 6 people and offers the most flexible of sleeping solutions. Featuring Wonderfully comfortable quality zip 'n' link beds, both bedrooms can be configured with either a generously large 6ft superking size double bed or as a twin with two full 3ft singles offering both comfort and flexibility. There is a good quality double sofa bed in the exceptionally large (29 x 15ft) lounge as well as another portable double bed which packs away out of sight. This means that six people can share the apartment and still have individual beds which is very rare in a 2 bedroom apartment. Ideal for golfers!
Living Area The lounge features a large 6ft solid oak dining table and chairs in leather and suede. The solid oak theme continues into the lounge with a huge 4 seater sofa and double sofabed. There is a 42 plasma TV with DVD player and Sky digital system English TV! Topped off woth a Playstation 2 and games, should keep the kids amused for hours. Kitchen Facilities As you can see from the photo, the large kitchen is fitted to a high standard having, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and extractor as well as kettle toaster and microwave. There is little you won't find here - like being at home. Outside There is a good sized terrace balcony featuring a built in barbecue for that alfresco dining experience. There is terrace furniture too so you can enjoy the evenings outside should you so desire.

SuitabilityThere is plenty to do to amuse yourselves (and the kids) in the apartment, with its large 42 quality Plasma screen, DVD player, satellite TV and of course not forgetting the all important Playstation 2 and games, your sure never to get bored. There is also a security safe in the wardrobe to keep valuable like passports, wallets, cameras, mobiles etc. Local ActivitiesThere are many local attractions from the Water & fun park to the sea life centre and of course many of the Algarves famous Golf courses within easy driving distance. Fishing trips, diving and a host of watersports are all close by too. Other Information
Visitors ReviewsWe absolutely loved your apartment and Amacao de pera. The beds were so comfy that if the apartment hadn't been in such a convenient and lovely location i don't think I'd have wanted to get out of them! Rebecca from your management company was also extremely informative and we have no complaints what so ever about our entire stay.
