Property Description

2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment available as a Vacation Rental fully furnished/equipped with AC, Direct TV, DVD, Stereo, Microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee percolator, blender, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, linens and towels. Accommodates up to 5 people in standard full-sized bed plus 3 single beds.

Opens onto 2500 square foot covered patio (social area) where hammocks, bar area and BBQ rill are available for guest use.

Living Area

Living area opens via French doors onto screened breakfast area for enjoying morning coffee outdoors. Living area has TV with English-speaking channels, DVD and stereo.

Kitchen Facilities

The kitchen, dining and living areas feature an open design to facilitate informal social interaction with all.

Outside

The screened breakfast area at the rear of the apartment opens onto the pool deck where the swimming pool and poolside cabana (known locally as a 'bohio')are located. The front entry to the apartment is from the 2500 square foot covered patio, adorned with hammocks, rocking chairs, and other furniture designed for relaxing.

Our villa is located midway between the mountains and the ocean. We are 4 miles from Pacific Ocean and 4 miles from nearest mountains. We are 12 miles from the popular mountain village of El Valle (on the Pacific side of Panama).
