Property Description

Enjoy Bay View Grand Ixtapa with expansive sunsets and all the amenities of home! Our condo was completely remodeled as of 1/2008. Bay View Grand Ixtapa is a private, exclusive, gated resort that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and islands with 24 hour security. We feature Cable TV with a 40” brand new Samsung LCD TV, and WiFi internet access and computer. Ours is the most well appointed condo in Bay View Grand, and in Ixtapa.

Living Area

Very comfortable seating with big screen TV, English channels such as HBO and Showtime. Computer and WiFi, Gamecube, video library and many English books.

Kitchen Facilities

All new appliances as of 7/2008. Granite countertops, full sized refrigerator, blender, toaster.

Outside

Premier luxury development in Ixtapa. Directly across the street from shopping and restaurants. Lovely beach with 2 hour security.

Suitability

We welcome all guests, including children. We have a baby crib and high chair also.

My sister and I stayed in Jori's condo for a week to celebrate my mums 60th birthday. This place was fabulous! All of the attention and detail that Jori has given this condo really made it feel like a home away from home. My parents were staying in another condo in the BVG and although it was nice, they were extremely jealous of ours! The condo had everything you needed and then some. The furnishings in the condo were great and the BVG grounds were spectacular. The staff was extremely friendly and we were well taken care of. Thank you Jori for making our vacation wonderful!

Well, sadly, I write that we are now back at home in Minnesota with frozen
lakes and spatterings of snow in the backyard. Ugh!! We certainly enjoyed
our time in Ixtapa and want to thank you for your tremendous follow-up to
any and all of our questions.

Your place in exquisite and extremely comfortable. Hoping all goes well for
you and that you actually do see a dishwasher someday! We actually did fine
without it, so no worries.

My sister-in-law and I stayed at this lovely condo for 1 week at the end of January/2008. We made very last minute plans so we didn't know what we would find. We needn't have worried. The condo was truly wonderful and nicely appointed (loved the deck jacuzzi)..... quiet location, gorgeous views, comfortable atmosphere, beautiful pools, friendly staff. We hated to leave and are looking forward to coming back.

4 adults rented this condo for 17 days in Feb/Mar 2008. The Bay View Grande is spectacular. We were very impressed with its cleanliness, security, staff, beautiful pools and gardens and reasonable meal and drink prices at the pool side cafe. The condo itself was spacious, nicely furnished, well equipped (although dishwasher wasn't available) with a beautiful view. It was an advantage to be on the northsed as one misses the hot, late morning and afternoon sun. Lot's of good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Would we return to this condo?
