2 minutes from the beach and the centre of Flic en Flac, both rooms air-conditioned, Swimming pool, Security, Quiet, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere, semi detached, with all comfort and facilities. Ground floor ideal for all ages, very spacious 100m2.

Le Camellia is situated in the centre of Flic en Flac. A straight road of about 190 meters or a walk of 2 minutes will lead you directly on one of the most beautiful white sand beach of the island and also the centre of Flic en Flac. The apartment is very secured (high wall in front and at the rear high wall and fencing .) Two guards working on 24 hr basis.
The apartment is semi detached, both rooms air conditioned, the master bedroom has an attach toilet and bathroom. There is also a common bathroom and toilet. Both bathroom have cold and hot water.American style, the kitchen is well equipped - microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine. A dinner table for six, a spacious lounge and also a sofa bed. TV, DVD, and TNT.In all 14 channels including BBC and French FRANCE 24.
No line phone, but internet is available through MIFI. Local charge will apply; in either prepaid or post paid. For more info contact me.
At the back you have a spacious,quiet and private terrace, ideal also for grills or an evening drink. A barbeque grill and a baby bed we bring only on demand.
Normally in Mauritius, 90% of the seaside apartments have a ground plus one or two, AnjuVilla (Le Camelia)is on the ground floor. Therefore, ideal for all ages; young or old, ideal also for parents having children because they can play safely, in front or at the back. In front of the complex you have a pleasant common swimming pool and your private parking.
All linen, towels, and sheets are provided.
Overall cleaning will be done free once per week. During the week you can use the washing machine if you have dirty linens or garments.
AnjuVilla (Le Camelia) is a self catering apartment if you do not wish to cook; on the main road you have lot of restaurants. If ever you want to have a cook I can arrange one at the price of Rs 200 per meal excluding ingredients (which you will buy at the supermarket).
There are also some tourist shops, motorcycles, bicycles and car rental, discos, supermarkets, and if ever you want to take a bus to go to Port Louis, Quatre Bornes or Curepipe, the bus stop is in the corner of the main road.
To all my customers, I try my best to give the maximum facility and help. I also try to give this little extra, compared to the other owners. The price will also will be the best, when taking in consideration the level and the quality of the apartment offered.
