Lovely quiet little apartment for short stays (minimum 2 nights) or longer lets (until 1 year). Near the Arsenale, in a non-touristy area but only ten minutes walk from St. Mark's, it is located at the ground floor but safe from high water danger (mt.1,52 above sea level) and has its own entrance, a comfortable living/dining room open plan with a well-equipped kitchen area, a double bedroom and a shower room (including W.C., basin and bidet). Simply but pleasantly furnished, this apartment is very comfortable for 2 people; the two sofa beds (one double, the other single) in the living room, however, can be suitable for 2 or 3 persons more. The windows overlooking a canal, a riva and a little inner courtyard provide enough light and create a lovely atmosphere. Washing machine, T.V., radio/CD player available; no telephone. Linen provided.
