Property Description

Santa Chiara is set in a quiet rural valley among 2 ½ acres of mature terraced olive groves and landscaped gardens. It has magnificent views of the valley and surrounding hillsides and is an idyllic place for guests to unwind. This traditional Umbrian stone farmhouse has been carefully restored using original and antique materials wherever possible and converted into 3 luxury holiday apartments. Each apartment has its own independent entrance and private outdoor dining space. A BBQ area is also available for guest use. On a secluded sun-trapped terrace is the 10 by 5 metre swimming pool which is designed to be child friendly with stepped entry and a shallow ledge around its perimeter. The area is fenced with access via a gate and has a large patio with sun loungers. The English speaking owners Paul and Anita live on site and are happy to help answer any questions you may have.

All costs below are on a per week basis unless stated.

Please note: Prices marked with an * are to be used as a guide only.

All prices are for weekly rental inclusive of linen, towels and normal useage of water, electricity and gas for cooking. In the cooler months a heating charge is made according to use. Discounts available for rentals of more than 2 weeks and for multiple apartments. We also accept payment in UK Pounds at the prevailing exchange rate.
