Beautiful countryhouse with spectacular sunsets

The lovely country house that was completely restored is situated 2 km outside the little town of Porto, on the boundary between Tuscany and Umbria. It is surrounded by soft hills with a breathtaking view onto the Lake Montepulciano which is only at a distance of 500 m. It is part of a small hamlet of 6 houses. The spectacular sunsets from the garden are not to be missed. Casa Latanza offers two charming apartments, each having it's own entrance, terrace and garden.

Living Area

Il Rosmarino (100 sqm): the terrace, beautifully overgrown by a whisteria, leads to the livingroom with terracotta floors and wooden beams, a library, a wood stove and a sofabed for an extra person.

Kitchen Facilities

The open and fully equipped kitchen is combined with a dining area including a wood stove and also has access to the terrace with outside dining area, overlooking the lake and the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Facilities: dish washer, washing machine, big fridge, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all further utilities.

Outside

Each angle of the property offers a splendid panoramic view onto the Lake Montepulciano with its spectacular sunsets towards Montepulciano and the lovely hilly Tuscan countryside. Casa Latanza has beautiful garden areas with terraces on two levels to provide maximum privacy to the guests. It is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and BBQ.

Besides the apartment Il Rosmarino there is the additional separate apartment La Salvia (50 sqm) for 2 - 3 persons, consisting of a living room with open fireplace , fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine), 1 bedroom with doublebed, 1 bathroom with shower. La Salvia also has it's own entrance, private terrace and garden area.
Both apartments can be rented together for a maximum of 8 persons. Long term rentals possible at good rates.
