Property Description

Our resort, made up of 11 apartments, lies on the rolling hills at the foot of mount San Calogero. Finished in 2007 it lies right in our beautiful privately owned area of 25,000 qm ( 29.899 square yard, 6.17 acre ) - an ideal location for relaxing strolls or revitalizing sports.

Living Area

With a view on the sea, the apartments are situated in the macchia: the typical bushland environment of the mediterranean sea, immersed in the green of the olive trees and surrounded by a thousand colours of nature.

Kitchen Facilities

The apartments are fitted with everything necessary to cook and to clean, furthermore in all flats there are iron and ironing board, hair dryer and hair iron, TV, a beach umbrella and two beach chairs. A change of linen and a cleaning will be carried out once a week.

Outside

Garden and private terrace. BBQ-area, for delicious bbq's at the open air. The pool is made up of a kids pool, 4x4m (13x13ft) big and 60cm (2ft) deep, and a normal pool 6x12m (20x40ft) big with a progressive depth from 120cm (4ft) to 180cm (6ft), including a hydro massage corner.
