Property Description

The apartment is situated within an Italian country villa in stunning Italian countryside.

You have your own private entrance which leads directly into the living/dining room with stone feature fireplace housing a working log burner, 2 piece suite, dining furniture, TV and DVD player. The kitchenette is fully equipped with full size cooker, fridge, plenty of pots, crockery, utensils and gadgets.

The large bedroom has a kingsize bed, tripple wardrobe, nightstands and shower cubicle.

The inner hallway is large enough to accomodate a single bed if required.

The bathroom is equipped with toilet & sink.

The outside dining area is shaded by grape vines and has table, chairs, sun loungers etc.

The property sits in 1 acre of land and is surrounded by working farms and vinyards in the foothills of the stunning Sibillini Mountains. The grounds are boarded by fruit trees, shrubs and the protected mighty oak. There is an acre field for children to run freely in or play one of the various ball games provided.

Area Description

The medieval towns of San Ginesio and Sarnano are 10 minutes away and the beautiful hilltop village of Gualdo is even closer. They are all steeped in history with stunning architecture, museums and of course faboulous restaurants. They each hold numerous fiestas throughout the year for all the family to enjoy.
The capital of the region is the university town of Macerata which is famous for its open air opera (2nd largest in Italy) and hosts world renowned operas throughout August. It also has more churches per square metre than any other town in Italy.

The regions blue flag beaches are less than an hours drive away and offer an excellent day out with excellent facilities and great fish restaurants. The mountains with its stunning lakes (Fiastra being my favorite) and gorges are only 20 minutes away and are walker's/nature lovers paradise, they also offer a welcome relief to the heat of the summer months.
