Property Description

The two bedroom/bathroom 150 m2 villa is approached by its own private hedged gardens with lawns, terraces and a well. The front door opens to a generous hall with spectacular timber and concrete staircase.

Ground Floor:
A large timber beamed king size bedroom with French windows leading into your private gardens. Walk-in dressing area, shower room with WC and bidet and large wet-room shower. Timber beamed kitchen/dining room with fully fitted white marble kitchen. French windows lead onto private gardens and outdoor dining area. Dining areas seat six.

First Floor
Large timber beamed king size or twin bedroom with panoramic views, free standing wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, featuring WC, bidet, two sinks and double ended baths. Living room with open fire, sofas, French windows onto your own private balcony.

Villa features
Open fire, satellite TV, DVD, CD player. WIFI, Fully fitted marble kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, everything you need to create a delicious meal. Salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, jams and olive oil specially produced for the Borgo and much much more.

The bedrooms fitted out with high quality mattresses and luxurious 800 thread Egyptian cotton bed linen.

The bathrooms are fitted out with luxury towels, bath mats, dressing gowns, hair dryers, extra large pool towels and REN bath products. Bath towels are changed twice weekly.

Large walk in wet-room shower, large double ended bath, lavender bath salt for a relaxing bath.

Spa/Club House
Deep leather seating, free bar (alcohol, soft drinks), Nespresso coffee, library (books, games, dvd), open fire. Spectacular views. From the club area a sweeping staircase leads you down to the Sauna, hamman (turkish steam room), indoor relaxation area with the 9.5 x 15m black invinity pool beyond.

Around the pool area are over 20 timber deckchairs, sun umbrellas, extra large beanbags (6 ft x 3 ft), everthing to enjoy a sunny day

When in season, fresh vegetables from our garden, fruit from the orchard.

Ground Facilities
Contemporary landscaped gardens, private terraces, BBQ, sun loungers, private outside seating and dining areas, beautiful walks in the grounds and surrounding area. A walk to the tip of our hill to experience a memorable sunset. Heaven!

For the sporty, a number of mountain bikes are available for our use.

With a maximum of 12 guests, everyone can be assured a perfect relaxing break.

Borgo Tranquillo is just five minutes outside the beautiful hill town of Arcevia with local banks, bars, supermarket, butchers, bakers, grocers, fishmongers, newsagents, pharmacies and restaurants.

Situated in the foothills of the Apennines the town boast clean healthy air and a mild climate. From the town and the neighbouring hills you can admire the splendid panoramic view of the Apennines and the Adriatic coast. World famous Frassassi caves, Colla Rossa National park, Raffael's Urbino, Macerata, Jesi, Fabrina, Fano, the world of Rossini and the beaches of Senigallia and Monte Conero are all an easy drive away.

Art, history, architecture are in abundance. The food and wine of the region memorable. Le Marche also boasts a huge number of factory outlet stores to satisfy any discerning shopper.
