It is in the central district Appio, a stone's throw from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano. Near there is also Appia Antica park, to be visited by bike rental or on foot, with ancient Roman catacombs. Just in front of the house stops the bus 85, passing through all the major tourist attractions of Rome as St. John's Basilica, the Colosseum, Vittoriano, Piazza Venezia, Fori Imperiali, Via del Corso, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. and the subway is only 350 meters away. and in ten minutes arrives at Vatican. You can visit Rome, with just these two public transport! The area is full of shops, 4 supermarkets, internet-point, bar, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream. Just in front of our house, is the Basilica Santa Maria Ausiliatrice, one of the basilicas of Rome.
