It's a brand new building on a private road with security, apartment is situated on the 9th floor with an exquisite city and airport view, it is inclusive with all modern facilities in the apartment, 24hr security/reception desk, intercom, there are two lifts,24hr water. Amentities for guest to enjoy include gym, clunhouse,jogging track, swimming pool,landscape garden and beautiful play area for the children.

Our guest can enjoy our fully and beautifully furnished to a very high standard with combination of both east and west culture. Lounge and bedrooms boast of beautifully handmade mahraja style furniture,it has AC in both bedrooms fans in all rooms, 32 LCD TV with 90 Channels, cinema sound DVD, and landline telephone.

Kitchen Facilities

It also includes a fully modern european equipped kitchen with the latest appliances, cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cultury, untensils, washing machine and also an iron. Also not to forget two stunning european styles shower rooms with WC. One insuite in the masterbedroom.
