Area Description

GLYFADA is the most beautiful 1km long sandy beach of Corfu. It is just 15 minutes drive to Corfu main town, airport or port. The Glyfada Menigos beach resort is surrounded by lush vegetation overlooking the beautiful golden sandy beach of Glyfada, the most known in Corfu.
The distance to Corfu town and the airport is approximately 14 km, and to the nearest famous village of Pelekas, where Kaiser used to admire the unique sunset from his special wide observation balcony, approximately 4 km.
Around Glyfada beach you can find 6 Tavernas, some music bars, 3x minimarkets, many kinds of watersports and motorboat Rentals.
The famous Golf club is about 5km away.
