Property Description

Set in a unique location where old La Rochelle meets the new: right next to the vibrant Ville en Bois quarter, which is set at the entrance to La Rochelle's Old Port (just 15 mins walk). In the other direction, you will find the pleasure marina and beach of Les Minimes (10 mins walk).

At 22m2 + 6m2 balcony, it is larger than an average hotel room, but as with the our other studios with many extra facilities.

Please note: Prices marked with an * are to be used as a guide only.

Booking by the day (for long weekends etc) is available throughout the year, apart from during July and August, with a minimum 3 or 4 night stay, depending on season. Daily prices are available from the owners.

During July and August, the studios can only be booked for full weeks, starting and finishing on Thursdays or Fridays (Saturdays may be possible depending on the owners' commitments - please enquire).

Local Activities

As if the attractions of La Rochelle itself are not enough the area is the second sunniest in France, after the Côte d'Azur - but without their prices or crowds!



Situated in the beautiful Charente-Maritime (land and sea: the elements of success) and within easy striking distance of the Aquitaine/Gironde, including the Médoc.



There are loads of interesting places to visit and things to do in the area, including sleepy villages and livelier towns, beaches, châteaux/wine tasting, nature reserves, outside activities (for those into them!) including fishing, horse riding, walking and bird watching - or just sitting outside bars watching the world go by!



Within easy striking distance are: Chatelallion Plage, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron, St. Jean d'Angély, Angoulême, Royan, Rochefort, Cognac, Blaye, Saintes, Niort and even Bordeaux.
