Outside
Set in the beautiful and historic region of Herault department 34, Thezan les Beziers is a small village about 8km from the outskirts of Beziers surrounded by vineyards, ideally placed for visitors to the region with magnificant sandy beaches 15 kms to the South but with mountains and stunning scenery to the North. It is only 10 minutes from the A9 motorway which offers excellent communication links from the UK. The house is situated in the village within an easy walk of the village square (important for getting those still warm bread and croissants for breakfast each morning!). The square contains a good range of shops including butcher, traditional baker (also a chocolatier), chemist, general store and a post office. On two mornings per week there is a market in the village square offering a range of produce and goods. There is a bar in the village plus a small but very nice restaurant at the end of the road. Situated just out of the village is a supermarket with fresh fruit and veg, meats and a small fish counter and a petrol station.
