Located close to the centre of Kato Paphos tourist area. Approximately 5 minutes drive to Paphos old town centre (hypermarkets, banks, etc.). 15 minute drive north to Coral Bay beach. Restaurants, small shops and beaches within walking distance.

Prices are for the property per week in EUROS. High-season "last-minute bonus" (April to October only): bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival: 20% discount for 14 nights, 10% for 7 nights.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. Balance plus refundable key deposit to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Payment by cheque or UK bank transfer. Minimum booking one week.
