Situated on Brac Island in the award winning resort of Bol this fantastic 2nd floor modern one bedroom apartment is wonderfully located in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of harbour area with shops, bars and excellent restaurants and famous Zlatni Rat beach. The resort has recently won awards for the best resort in Croatia.

Living Area

Modern spacious tiled living area with dining room table and 4 chairs, large comfortable sofa bed. Patio doors lead to a large covered loggia with table and chairs and sea views towards Hvar Island. There is a new flatscreen TV with DVD/video player and a selection of DVD's etc. Air con/heating unit.

Kitchen Facilities

Very well equipped modern kitchen area with full size electric cooker and hob/fridge/cupboards/sink etc. Tea towels are provided.

Outside

Large covered loggia with excellent sea views towards Hvar Island. Table and 4 chairs. Outside light. Patio door leading from living area.
