Property Description

This spacious recently refurbished 1-bed apartment has a large lounge/diner. The bedroom is twin bedded and in the lounge the sofa opens to provide sleeping for two. The balcony has sea and mountain views. There is a full bathroom with a shower over. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. These are changed during the weekly clean.

Living Area

The living area contains a comfortable sofabed and large TV with English satelite chanels. There is also a DVD player and a selection of books for holiday reading. This opens on to the balcony with table and chairs and views of the pool with the sea in the distance.

Kitchen Facilities

The American style has a full oven, kettle, fridge, microwave and toaster. It comes fully equipped for up to 4 people.

Outside

Castle Harbour has a large pool with a pool bar. There is 24-hour reception with English speaking staff and lifts to all floors. There are many friendly bars and restaurants in the area and the beach is only 10 minutes walk away.

Suitability

This apartmentis suia¡table for young and old. It is all on one level and served by lifts from the ground floor. The complex is family orientated, with a children's section of the pool and events organised each week for the young ones by The Club Social.

Local Activities

In the Tenerife you will find much to do if you tire of relaxing on the beach or by the pool. For that different water experience try the new Siam Park - the Water Kingdom - or Aquapark water park. Water sports are available on teh beaches There are some excellent zoos; Las Águilas de Teide (also called Jungle Park) is just outside Los Cristianos while Loro Parque is situated in Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the island. Mount Teide is the highest mountain in Spain and the scenery is stunning. Golf courses abound including one in Los Cristianos. In the interior there is much unspoilt country. In the north of the island, La Laguna and La Oratava have many beautiful historic building. The capital Santa Cruz is a bustling modern city. There are many opportunities for shopping at the four major Shopping Centres on the island.

Just a few lines on return from our holiday at Castle Harbour - Los Cristianos. Myself & Becky had a very relaxing break with great weather. We spent most of the time by the pool doing nothing, as planned. We did however take a day trip by local bus up north to Lorro Parque, via Santa Cruz & Puerto De La Cruz. We would recommend this rather than an overpriced tour operator excursion.

We were very pleased with the apartment due to the quiet location. It was also very clean & spacious with everything we wanted. The staff were also friendly & helpful, as well as being patient whilst I practised my Spanish (I often get caught out when they speak so fast).

I will recommend a stay here to any friends etc who are looking for such a break. We would both like to thank you for our enjoyable stay.
