Property Description

There is a family bathroom with a full sized bath and overhead shower with all towels provided. There are open tread ship stairs up to the stunning roof top lounge with exceptional views of the surrounding area. In the lounge is a flatscreen television, a multi language digibox and DVD player. Also in the lounge is a large comforatble four seater sofa/sofabed, and sprung wood armchair. There is direct access from the lounge to the roof terrace. Please note that use of the pool is exclusive to guests using the 3 bedroom apartment

Area Description

We are located approximately 200m from the sea and the fabulous, unique sea pools, one of which has an amazing tapas bar.
A short stroll away from the house there are a couple of excellent resturants serving traditional Canarian food to suit all tastes.
Within easy walking distance we have a choice of supermarkets where you can buy all your staple foods.
The nearest sandy beach is situated in the slightly larger village of Arrieta, a mere 30 minute amble along the sea front. There are two tapas bars here, very well used by locals and visitors alike.
As you walk along to Arrieta you will find a selection of gym equipment for your use. These are great fun and good exercise.
Castillo del Mar offers a ladies and a gents mountain bike for hire at the competitive rate of 5 euros per day.
Also, we provide use of a traditional barbeque with seating for six for perfect al fresco dining.
Furthermore as every unit is equiped with a DVD player we have provided an extensive collection of DVD's for your convenience with a small rental fee of 1 Euro per DVD per night.
Evey guest will recieve a welcome pack which consists of milk, bread, water, wine and ham with a starter pack of tea coffee and butter. The quantities will vary depending on the number of guests staying
