Living and dining room 40 m2 with sea view windows. Big kitchen with oven, refrigerator and washing machine. The air conditioning apparatus is not useful because the weather in Las Palmas during summer time is extremely pleasant.
The beach is in 1 minute walking distance; El Corte Ingles, the most famous shopping centre of Canaries Islands, is in less than 5 minutes walking distance. The housing is overlooking one of the most famous Square in Las Palmas: Plaza De Farray. Every sort of discos, bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. A car is not necessary. Parking for rent just in front of the main building entrance.
