Property Description

Ideally located between the touristic shopping mile of Jandia Beach and the sleepy fishing village of Morro Jable, right above the promenade. The golden sandy beach can be reached by a staircase directly from the street where the property is situated. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Private and peaceful location, ideal for relaxing vacation time.

The main bedroom has magnificent sea views with direct access onto the large terrace. It contains two single beds which together can form a large double, en-suite with a large shower head over the bath, bidet, toilet and hand basin, fitted wardrobes and a safe for valuables.

The second bedroom also has an en-suite with separate shower and walk-in-wardrobes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, oven and hob.

Extremely large terrace complete with table and chairs, sun loungers, drying rack and retractable awning for shade.

Towels and bedsheet are included.

The apartment also has security shutters and a safe for the security of guests.

Maid service included three days a week.

Outside
The villa is private with locked gated entrance and has just been fully refurbished throughout to the highest standard. The walkway to the apartment units is private. There is communal barbecue and large roof terrace available for guests to enjoy with sea veiws of the beach and town.

For reservations please send an email. A reservation deposit of 50% is due upon reserving, the remaining 50% is due upon arrival.

Prices are for the apartment per night for 2 adults in Euros. For bookings of 21 days or more a 10% discount applies. Each additional person is 10? extra per night. Adults only. Final cleaning fee included.

Area Description

Coast/Beach
The beautiful golden sandy beach of Jandia can be reached within a short walking distance via a staircase leading directly from the level of the apartments to the beach (approx. 2 minute walk). Ideal for sunbathing, swimming and walking.

Travel
The airport of Fuerteventura is located at approx 60 minutes driving distance from Morro Jable. For transfer to and from the airport besides taxi and car hire, pick-up service can be arranged. The port of Morro Jable is only 5 minutes driving distance, which offers connections to other Canarian Islands. It is recommended to hire a car for exploring the island of Fuerteventura, however, as there are plenty restaurants and shops nearby.

Distances
The villa is situated in between Morro Jable and the town of Jandia. The next nearest town is Costa Calma at approx 15 minutes drive. A 20 minute drive from Morro Jable there is the La Lajita Zoo, which offers camel rides, animal shows and a cactus garden. Approx 10 minutes north of Morro Jable lies the surfing center Renee Egli, well known for the yearly surfing world cup championships which take place there. From the port in Morro Jable there are sailing tours, and fishing trips available.
