Property Description

Las Lomas is a private gated secure complex of tourist apartments located in Costa Calma, Fuerteventura. Our apartments are located at a short distance of the most amazing beaches in the world. Kilometres of white sand and turquoise water, where you will be able to sunbathe, swim, walk, practice windsurf, kite surf and enjoy water sports throughout the year.

Each apartment has its own secure entrance, costing from only 42 euros per night for the standard occupancy of 2 people and sleeps up to 4 at an additional cost of only 10 euros per night each. The living room is fully furnished with a sofa-bed and television. The double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe - a cot is available on request at 25 euros per week. A family bathroom has a shower and the fitted kitchen comes complete with everything you will need for your holiday.

The televisions are new and show mainly Spanish channels; sport and English football are often available. For viewing films on a long stay, a portable DVD player with a Scart plug is recommended or a selection of films on your laptop. A uk mains socket strip with three or four sockets could be useful so you only need bring one continental two pin plug for all your electrical gadgets.

We have apartments for rent located in the ground floor of the complex with private gardens, and apartments for rent on the second floor of the same building with great terraces to enjoy the weather. The huge communal swimming pool and the gardens surrounding it will help you disconnect after a long day at the beach.

In Costa Calma you will find malls, pharmacy, restaurants, weekly market and any other necessary services that will make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Costa Calma is on the south east coast of Fuerteventura, about 60 miles from north African coast. The local airport is served by Ryanair; EasyJet; Thomas Cooke and others. Car hire is available locally or online. Alternatively buses travel the length of the island and can take you between the airport and Costa Calma depending on your arrival and departure times. The white taxis are everywhere and readily available.
